Our Programs are meant to deliver a result over time. We are Not Rec. ALL sessions are use or lose in 90 days. We train serious athletes, and fitness enthusiasts looking to polish their skills. We are fun, but we need to see progress!

NOW offering semi-private classes for fine tuning and Sports Specific training. Fit Classes we offer are Pole Acrobatics & choreography, Our very own popular Taiji-Hybrid & Bar Conditioning for strength. Fit Classes tend to be more advanced than what mainstream instructors/Coaches/Therapists are offering.
